The R. E. Perry Company is not tied to the services of any one brokerage firm or network. We provide our clients with the highest level of expertise and commitment, by assembling teams of professionals who all have unique, but complimentary skills.
We approach each transaction as consultants defending the long-term investment of our clients. We utilize our experience to devise a strategic process to achieve the desired result within the given time frame. The process is adapted to each client's individual procedure. Our objective is to establish a process that ensures open communication and a steady flow of information to the appropriate decision-makers and user-groups.
We believe service, attentiveness and the understanding of our client's corporate culture is complimented by using a network approach. Accordingly, we hire and pay out of our fee, local co-brokers for market knowledge as needed. These “best-of-class” co-brokers are hired through an extensive interview process, in which our clients often participate. It is however, the R.E. Perry Company representative that conducts the entire transaction - from developing options, proposal solicitations and comparative analysis to lease or purchase negotiation and move-in.
