Russell E. Perry

President

Russell E. Perry Russell Perry is President and Founder of the R.E. Perry Company. The company was founded to provide dedicated real estate services to select companies on a national and international basis. Russell has over twenty-three years of commercial real estate experience providing client services to fast paced, high-growth companies and service firms. His focus has always been from the real estate occupier's point of view. Russell employs a strategic and consultative approach in his delivery of solutions-oriented corporate services.

Throughout his career, Russell's focus has been to devise and deliver scalable industrial corporate real estate solutions to his clients. Russell was a former broker-salesperson with CB Commercial Group (now CB Richard Ellis) in the Tampa, Florida office where he was quickly recognized as one of the office's top producers. While at CB Commercial, Russell became very involved with maritime related properties and port facilities through the southeast. This interest prompted him to earn his United States Coast Guard Merchant Marine Captains License. While Russell founded the R.E. Perry Company in Tampa in 1988, in 1998 the headquarters were moved to Saint Louis, Missouri as a more centralized location for his national delivery of services. From the beginning, Russell believed that success would be obtained if he valued customer satisfaction ahead of monetary profit. That success continues to this day. As a result, he has built long-standing and mutually beneficial relationships with some of the nations top corporations. Russell has been recognized nationally for his assignments. Russell has significant experience in lease negotiations and structuring, multi-city project rollouts, and large build-to-suit transactions.

Community involvement and support is also important to Russell. He has been active in the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and has held numerous Board positions. Russell is also a board member on the Beaux Arts Council at the Saint Louis Art Museum and a member of the Board of Direction at the Mercantile Library.

Russell is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Missouri Association of Realtors, the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the Certified International Property Specialist Network, and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.

Russell is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture. Russell resides in Saint Louis, Missouri with his wife and three children.
