While most of our clients come to us with well-established site criteria, others depend upon us to develop the criteria based upon their intended use of the facility. We apply those criteria to market realities, narrowing prospects to a select number of highly qualified locations and/or developers.
By coordinating the process and supplying information tenants need to make well-founded decisions, we help clients save time, money and energy. Equally important, we work tirelessly to locate our clients in sites that well serve their business needs.
