In 1999, the R.E. Perry Company was awarded the Industrial Development Award from CSX Transportation. This Partnershipping award is given out nationally to the one firm that exhibits the highest level of quality in service, economic growth to the railroad and superior integrity in they way they perform.
In 2000-2001 Russell Perry was awarded the Entrepreneur Of The Year award as voted by his peers. The YEO St. Louis Chapter presented this award in acknowledgement of Russell's leadership and contributions to the St. Louis Chapter and local community.
In 2002, we received the Annual Award for Excellence by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Chicago Chapter for the Suburban Industrial Transaction of the Year. This award was in recognition for the 825,000 square foot Home Depot Import Distribution Center we completed in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
In 2003, we received the Duke Realty Company Industrial Deal of the Year Award. This award was for a distribution center for EXPO Design Centers in Carol Stream, Illinois. Also in 2003, Duke Realty received the redevelopment of the year award from NAIOP for a project that we leased to Maintenance Warehouse America outside of Chicago, IL.
